1st shift:Mon–Fri, 6 AM–3:30 PM

Pay: $20–$30/hr based on experience

We’re looking for experienced Field and Shop Welders & Fabricators who take pride in precision, craftsmanship, and working with top-tier equipment. What You’ll Do

• Fabricate, lay out, and assemble metal components from shop drawings
• Perform MIG welding on structural steel and thin‑gauge metals
• Operate ironworkers, saws, plasma tables, and additional fabrication equipment
• Work in flat, vertical, and overhead welding positions
• Assist with on-site installations
• Travel to project sites (mostly same‑day travel)

Work Environment

• Expect a classic weld/fab shop vibe: loud, gritty, and full of energy. You’ll be surrounded by skilled pros who know their craft and value yours. Safety gear and machine guards are standard.

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $28.50/hr.
