Welder
Job Description
As a Welder, your primary responsibilities will be MIG welding aluminum. You'll be tasked with climbing into bins and welding aluminum parts together, standing and welding, and tacking parts of trailers using .035 wire. Additionally, you'll need to read and interpret blueprints to determine what welds to lay, measurements to take, and positions to adhere to.

Work Environment
The manufacturing facility is located on the SW side of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The environment is similar to a general shop, cool in winters and warm in summers. The facility includes a service department for fixing equipment, a welding department, and a final assembly department. Training starts on the 1st shift, with options to move to 2nd or 3rd shifts based on progress.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
