Job Title: Welder
1st shift - $25-$30
Job Description
This role involves primarily performing MIG welding on steel and aluminum, with a focus on aluminum (approximately 80%). Some TIG welding may also be required. The company manufactures scales for various applications, including military contracts. Welders will work with Miller welders and are expected to grind their welds occasionally. The welding requirements are straightforward and do not demand perfection. Large parts are managed with the assistance of hoists and tables.

Work Environment
The position is based in a manufacturing and warehouse environment that is well organized. While steel-toed boots are recommended, they are not required. The shop has average lighting and provides a 30-minute lunch break along with two 15-minute breaks throughout the day.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
