Warehouse Supervisor

Worldwide Logistics, Inc., is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the 1st shift of our high-volume e-commerce shipping operations. With a strong background in 3PL environments and bilingual skills, the ideal candidate will ensure smooth and efficient warehouse processes, lead a team of warehouse associates, and maintain inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision and Leadership:

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of warehouse associates to achieve operational excellence.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with diverse teams, leveraging bilingual skills.

Operations Management:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
• Experience with high volume outbound e-commerce shipping
• Implement and monitor KPIs to ensure productivity and quality targets are met.
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance efficiencies.
• Experience with working WMS.(We use Extensiv,Preferred but not required)

Inventory Control:

• Ensure accurate inventory management through regular audits and cycle counts.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

Safety and Compliance:

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
• Conduct regular safety training sessions and drills.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to implement changes.
• Utilize data analysis to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years experience as a Warehouse Supervisor in a 3PL environment, focusing on high-volume e-commerce shipping.
• Strong bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish)
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems and inventory control software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
