Warehouse Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for a 2nd shift Warehouse Supervisor opening! This career opportunity offers full time 2nd shift hours - 330p-midnight, Mon-Fri. The ability to cover some additional overtime hours including on a rotating weekend basis is needed. This position offers an excellent benefits package and a competitive salary ($80,000/annually).

In this role you will:

• lead and coordinate picking, packing, staging, receiving, put-away, replenishment, and inventory control activities
• monitor digital systems and physical workflows to resolve issues that could affect fill rate or delay outbound shipments
• train new staff
• implement process improvements

Successful candidates will be proven hands-on leaders who can drive performance against KPIs, foster accountability within the team, and work w/ other departments to ensure alignment on goals. Experience working in an MRP is a must (SAP preferred). MS Office skills are needed.

Candidates must also have 5-10 years of supervisory experience in a shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse environment. An Associates/Bachelors degree is preferred.
