PACIV – Process Automation, Controls, Instrumentation & Validation
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Specialist in Indianapolis, IN to support shipping, receiving, and inventory control, in a small fast-paced, technical environment.
This position is ideal for individuals with 4+ years of hands-on warehouse experience, strong ERP/WMS system knowledge, and a high level of accuracy in inventory management and material handling.
What You Will Do
- Manage shipping, receiving, and inventory control operations
- Verify inbound shipments for accuracy, condition, and documentation
- Process transactions in ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Maintain inventory accuracy and system integrity
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Support material flow for engineering and project teams
- Ensure a safe, organized, and compliant warehouse environment
What We Are Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations preferred
- 4+ years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience
- Experience with ERP systems or WMS platforms required
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to work independently and solve problems
- Knowledge of warehouse safety and best practices
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
