We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Specialist to support daily warehouse operations and play a key role in ensuring customers receive the parts and materials they need to keep their operations running.
Key Responsibilities
- Shipping and receiving of incoming and outgoing orders
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer shipments
- Load and unload deliveries
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory
- Build pallets and shipping crates using hand tools
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
- Utilize Microsoft Office and warehouse systems as needed
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate inventory and order fulfillment
Qualifications
- Warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or logistics experience preferred
- Comfortable using hand tools
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Forklift experience is a plus (training available)
- QuickBooks experience is helpful but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Overtime available
- Occasional Saturdays as needed
