Lead Operations for a Growing 3PL Warehouse

We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operations Coordinator to oversee daily fulfillment operations within our growing third-party logistics (3PL) business.

This is a critical role responsible for ensuring multiple client orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and on time. You will lead a small team while helping build the systems, processes, and accountability needed to support continued growth.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and wants to play a key role in scaling warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily order fulfillment across multiple client accounts
• Supervise and support warehouse staff (picking, cutting, packing, shipping)
• Ensure orders are completed accurately and shipped on time
• Train, coach, and develop team members
• Maintain workflow efficiency and organization on the warehouse floor
• Monitor quality control and reduce errors
• Coordinate inventory organization and restocking
• Identify and implement process improvements to support growth

• Experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, or 3PL environments
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and client needs
