Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Job Description
This role combines warehouse operations, customer support, and general labor in a growing facility. The Warehouse Associate operates a sit-down forklift, loads and unloads trucks, assists customers in person and by phone, and handles basic data entry and order processing. This position is highly physical and requires regular heavy lifting while also supporting sales-related activities such as creating quotes and taking orders.

Work Environment
This position is based in a very hands-on warehouse and yard setting, with frequent work outdoors in hot conditions. The role involves heavy lifting, regular loading and unloading of barriers and barricades, and operating a sit-down forklift. You will work around trucks and a flatbed stake-body vehicle, using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and basic office tools for data entry, quoting, and order processing. The atmosphere is that of a small, close-knit operation where everyone pitches in across different tasks to keep the location running smoothly.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tampa, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $324.00/hr.
