Job Summary:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing a variety of warehouse duties including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping parts and equipment. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments; verify accuracy against purchase orders.
• Stock parts in proper bin locations using correct labeling and organizational methods.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping or customer pickup with speed and accuracy.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed).
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
• Assist in other areas of the warehouse or with special projects as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
• Previous warehouse, inventory, or shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Basic math and reading skills; ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and teamwork skills.
• Forklift experience a plus (or willingness to be trained).
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift and move products up to 75 pounds and use warehouse equipment safely.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Work Environment:
• The role is based in a warehouse or distribution center setting, which may involve exposure to warehouse conditions (e.g., temperature variations, noise, etc.).
• Flexible work hours may be required to meet the needs of the business.
