Job Description

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and highly organized Warehouse Administrator to support our departments, functional groups, and executive leadership. In this role, you will manage daily administrative operations, handle inquiries, oversee data entry, generate reports, and coordinate general office services. While primarily office-based, this position includes occasional visits to warehouse or operational sites to support on‑site administrative needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial, clerical, and administrative support across departments and leadership teams.
  • Manage daily administrative operations and respond to internal and external inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Perform accurate, high-volume data entry and maintain organized records and databases.
  • Generate, format, and distribute reports to support business objectives.
  • Coordinate office services including document preparation, filing, copying, and mail handling.
  • Use Microsoft Excel to create, update, and analyze spreadsheets; utilize Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint for daily tasks.
  • Draft routine reports, correspondence, and written communications in clear, professional language.
  • Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, leadership, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with team members as needed.
  • Provide customer service support by addressing questions and resolving basic issues.
  • Operate standard office equipment (computers, phones, fax machines, copiers, printers).
  • Support warehouse and operational activities, including occasional on‑site administrative tasks.
  • Apply basic math skills for calculations related to reports and documentation.
  • Maintain an organized, efficient, and professional office environment.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma required.
  • 2–5 years of administrative experience, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Strong Excel skills, including spreadsheet creation, maintenance, and analysis.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to perform data entry for extended periods with speed and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to minimizing errors.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical operations and calculations.
  • Proficiency with standard office equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP Business One (preferred, not required).
  • Customer service experience in an office or operational environment.
  • Experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations administration.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and clarity in communication.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Midland, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
