A rapidly growing, data-driven technology company is seeking a strategic, highly analytical, and hands-on Vice President of Product to lead and scale its Product function. 
This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives in fast-moving environments, can translate business strategy into execution, and is equally comfortable setting vision and diving into the details to ensure outcomes.

The Opportunity
This executive will play a critical role in shaping product strategy, driving execution, and aligning Product, Engineering, and Data around a unified roadmap. The company operates in a highly competitive, speed-driven market where rapid iteration, smart prioritization, and continuous improvement are essential to success.
The VP of Product will inherit a capable but execution-focused team and will be responsible for elevating strategic clarity, operating rigor, and overall product impact.

Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap
  • Translate company objectives into a clear, actionable product and technology roadmap
  • Define priorities that balance near-term impact with long-term scalability and platform health
  • Make deliberate tradeoff decisions in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies (including AI/ML) where they create competitive advantage
  • Partner closely with executive leadership to ensure alignment between product direction and business goals
Execution & Operational Excellence
  • Drive disciplined execution across the full product lifecycle
  • Establish strong operating rhythms, including planning cycles, KPIs, and performance tracking
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable, system-level improvements
  • Ensure clear requirements, ownership, and success metrics across initiatives
  • Improve cross-functional collaboration and decision-making frameworks
Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing product organization
  • Build structure, accountability, and clarity within and across teams
  • Continuously evaluate and evolve team design to match business needs
  • Foster a culture of urgency, ownership, and outcome-oriented thinking
Technical & Analytical Leadership
  • Engage deeply with Engineering and Data teams on architecture, systems, and tradeoffs
  • Use data and analysis to guide prioritization and validate outcomes
  • Maintain hands-on awareness of product performance, workflows, and system behavior
  • Bring enough technical fluency to challenge assumptions and uncover risks early
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Leadership roles
  • 5+ years leading and developing high-performing product teams
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into execution and measurable business results
  • Experience working closely with Engineering and Data teams in fast-paced environments
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Ability to balance speed of execution with long-term platform and architectural considerations
  • Technical fluency with modern software development practices and systems design concepts
  • Willingness to operate hands-on when needed to drive clarity and progress
Preferred Experience
  • Exposure to applied AI or data-driven product environments
  • Experience in high-volume, performance-oriented digital platforms (e.g., marketing tech, marketplaces, lead generation, or similar)
  • Familiarity with modern data ecosystems and analytics tooling
  • Experience operating in growth-stage or evolving organizations
