VP of Finance, Manufacturing - Up to $200k + bonuses

A well-established manufacturing company with a global footprint is seeking a Vice President of Finance to join its executive leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a key leadership role, offering strong visibility to the CEO and significant influence over financial strategy and operations. ***100% Onsite

Responsibilties:

• Lead all finance and accounting operations, partnering closely with the VP of Accounting
• Oversee financial reporting, cash management, and forecasting
• Drive financial analysis to support business strategy and decision-making
• Manage payroll, benefits, and 401(k) administration
• Coordinate with external partners, including CPA firm and IT provider
• Lead annual reviews, audits, and insurance renewals
• Collaborate cross-functionally across operations, leadership, and external advisors

Requirements:

• 10–15+ years of finance leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Experience working with external accounting firms
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience
