About the Company



Key Responsibilities



  • Lead day-to-day finance and accounting functions, including FP&A, reporting, and controls
  • Manage and optimize an asset-based lending facility (borrowing base, eligibility, covenants, lender relationship)
  • Support strategic initiatives including M&A, due diligence, and Quality of Earnings processes
  • Serve as finance lead in S&OP / Integrated Business Planning, partnering with commercial and operations teams
  • Own budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across the business
  • Oversee financial operations related to national retail partners, including deductions and chargebacks
  • Lead ERP initiatives including selection, implementation, or system optimization
  • Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing accounting and FP&A team
