A private equity-backed manufacturer of engineered solutions is hiring a VP of Operations to elevate performance across the business.

This is an engineered-to-order environment supporting complex, specification-driven products.

What you will own

• Full operational performance across manufacturing, supply chain, and quality
• Safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics that actually move
• Lean implementation that drives measurable change
• KPI structure, accountability rhythms, and execution discipline
• Building and developing a leadership team that can scale

This is a floor-visible role. Not a conference room role.

What actually matters

• Experience leading operations in engineered-to-order manufacturing
• Background in custom, specification-driven products (not high-volume repeat production)
• Electrical manufacturing experience is highly relevant
• Aerospace or defense experience translates if you have led complex, custom builds
• Proven ability to scale operations in a growth or private equity environment

If your background is primarily:

• High-volume production
• Standardized manufacturing
• Limited product variation
