We are a nationally recognized commercial General Contractor seeking a Vice President of Preconstruction to lead early project planning and budgeting for major developments across the Bay area.
We are growing and delivering large projects across healthcare, manufacturing, technology facilities, and corporate campuses. We are looking for a visionary leader who is happy to dig in and be hands on with the team. This role will lead preconstruction strategy while working closely with the team on the details that shape project outcomes.
Qualifications
• Experience delivering large projects in healthcare, manufacturing, technology, or corporate campus environments
• Strong communication with executive leadership and ownership groups
• Stable work history with reputable commercial General Contractors
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
Compensation is expected to fall in the $250,000 to $350,000+ range, within a growing firm offering stock options and equity opportunities.
The position can be based in the greater San Francisco Bay Area, including Oakland, San Francisco, San Jose or surrounding areas. The ideal person will live and have a strong network in the region.
