We are seeking a strategic and growth-oriented Vice President of Marketing to help shape the next phase of a high-performing, established organization that has experienced sustained growth for more than a decade. This role is a key part of long-term leadership planning and will play a central role in building scalable marketing and product management capabilities to support future expansion.

This leader will focus on enterprise-wide impact and cross-functional influence, partnering closely with Sales, Product Development, Operations, and Executive Leadership. While functional excellence remains important, the emphasis of this position is on strategic leadership, organizational design, and enablement rather than day-to-day tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Market Positioning

  • Define and lead an integrated marketing strategy aligned with long-term growth objectives.
  • Develop and refine value propositions, brand architecture, and messaging for complex, technical B2B markets.
  • Identify high-priority customer segments, end markets, and growth opportunities using market and performance insights.
  • Ensure consistent positioning and messaging across regions, channels, and offerings.

Product Management & Commercialization Leadership

  • Provide strategic leadership for product management, including positioning, pricing frameworks, and lifecycle planning.
  • Establish disciplined, repeatable go-to-market and commercialization processes.
  • Partner with product development and technical teams to align innovation roadmaps with customer and market needs.
  • Strengthen launch readiness by ensuring sales enablement, training, and adoption strategies are scalable and effective.

Channel, Demand & Revenue Enablement

  • Guide integrated channel and demand generation strategies that support partner and direct sales models.
  • Ensure marketing programs, tools, and assets are practical, measurable, and aligned to revenue objectives.
  • Improve visibility and effectiveness across CRM, digital marketing, and pipeline development initiatives.

Cross-Functional & Organizational Leadership

  • Act as a unifying leader across Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations, and Finance.
  • Build durable, scalable marketing and product management teams, structures, and processes.
  • Focus on talent development, succession planning, and leadership capability building.
  • Establish clear goals, KPIs, and performance management systems tied to business outcomes.

Planning, Budgeting & Performance

  • Own marketing investment planning and prioritization with a disciplined ROI mindset.
  • Track and communicate marketing’s impact on pipeline, revenue, and market adoption.
  • Use customer, competitive, and industry insights to continuously evolve strategy.
