The Credit & Fund Finance team is a structuring desk that originates and executes diverse financing solutions for large institutional investors and sponsors. The team partners with coverage teams and trading desks globally to deliver product expertise and grow businesses across JPMorgan’s Markets financing franchises, in close partnership with Global Banking and the Private Bank.
Job summary
As a Vice President in the Credit & Fund Finance business, you will take a leadership role across the full lifecycle of transactions—identifying the opportunity set, marketing the business, and serving as the transaction-focused center of expertise from origination through execution and post-close management.
The role will be focused on the business’ highest-growth opportunities, across credit and fund financing, including:
- Infrastructure financing, a priority growth vector where increased credibility and sector specialization are essential to spearhead a broader initiative to scale fund-level financing and related solutions. This also includes Digital infrastructure financing tied to AI adoption, including GPU assets, requiring specialized structuring expertise (e.g., long-dated contracted cash flows, collateral packages, and intercreditor frameworks) to convert opportunities efficiently and prudently
- Sports & media financing, an emerging and durable theme as private capital increases investment in franchises and sports, media, and entertainment assets
- Asset Backed Finance (ABF), a large component of private credit where there is an emerging need for fund finance solutions which benefits from real estate experience
Job responsibilities
- Originate and execute credit and fund financing solutions, with a focus on infrastructure, sports financing, and/or ABF-related fund finance needs
- Partner closely with Sales, Trading, Global Banking, and the Private Bank to define client strategy, prioritize opportunities, and drive marketing and execution
- Support senior business in creating appropriate risk & control frameworks to analyze and approve new transactions
- Negotiate termsheets and legal documentation on identified opportunities in close alignment with Trading partners and other internal stakeholders
- Develop and scale infrastructure and ABF fund financing and related solutions by building sector credibility, repeatable structuring approaches, and a coordinated go-to-market with partners
- Accelerate sports financing origination by deepening relationships with sponsors, leagues, and GPs, and building a strong partnership with Private Banking and Global Banking coverage aligned to the space
- Manage facility monetization opportunities and client financing inquiries post-transaction, including expanding dialogue into additional Markets financing products where appropriate
- Maintain a transaction-focused “center of expertise” role for internal partners by providing high-quality product guidance, market context, and structuring support
- Lead structuring workstreams for complex collateral and documentation frameworks, including analysis of contracted cash flows, collateral packages, and intercreditor terms, in partnership with Trading, Global Banking, Risk, and Legal
- Contribute to the broader Global Structuring organization across institutional structuring, financing, and solutions teams
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Sector specialization to support scaling initiatives in one or ideally two priority growth areas (digital infrastructure / infrastructure fund finance / sports financing / ABF), as demonstrated through relevant banking, leveraged finance or markets experience
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong understanding of asset managers and institutional investors, particularly private funds
- Strong communication skills, work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mentality
- Resilience across lengthy negotiations and patience with long lead-time marketing
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with comfort engaging across functions and seniority levels (including senior decision-makers) to demonstrate product credibility, build alignment, resolve issues, and drive execution

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 6-10 years in a related field (preferably credit, structuring, financing, infrastructure, sports investments, or corporate finance)
- Demonstrated experience building cross-functional partnerships (e.g., with Global Banking and Private Banking) to drive origination and execution
