CiresiMorek is engaged to identify a Vice President of Human Resources for a publicly traded, Fortune 1000 industrial organization (~$2B revenue). This is a high-impact leadership role that partners directly with the Division President and the Executive Leadership Team. We are seeking a hands-on, business-oriented HR leader who thrives in performance-driven, operational environments and can align talent strategy with business results. This individual will serve as the lead HR partner to a division, driving people strategy across a multi-site industrial footprint.


Responsibilities:

  • Advise the Division President and ELT on talent and organizational strategy
  • Lead HR across a multi-site operation
  • Drive talent acquisition, development, and succession planning
  • Partner on org design, workforce planning, and capability building
  • Oversee performance management and compensation strategy
  • Lead change initiatives tied to growth and transformation
