The Opportunity

Composition Brands is seeking a Vice President, Human Resources – North America to lead the people strategy for a newly independent organization. Reporting to the EVP Finance – Corporate, this executive will build scalable HR infrastructure while serving as a strategic partner to business leadership across a multi-site manufacturing and distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all North America HR strategy and operations
• Serve as trusted advisor to executive leadership
• Build payroll, benefits, compensation, and HR systems infrastructure
• Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, and performance management
• Support plant and distribution leaders on workforce, employee relations, and compliance matters
• Partner with global HR leaders to align people processes
• Drive organizational effectiveness during carve-out and growth initiatives

Ideal Background

• 10–15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
• Strong background in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments
• Experience building HR processes, systems, and teams
• Carve-out, standalone, or transformation experience preferred
• Knowledge of U.S. and Canada employment law and compliance
• Hands-on, strategic leader with strong executive presence
• Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus annual incentive bonus.
