In this role you willtrain on first shift but move to the second shift at the end of training.
Run Diverse Projects: Operate Vertical Mills to produce high-precision, low-to-medium volume parts.
Master the Specs: Read and interpret complex blueprints and engineering drawings for various industries.
Precision Inspection: Use micrometers, calipers, and other manual inspection tools to ensure every project meets 100% compliance.
Shop Stewardship: Take pride in your workspace—maintaining a clean area and assisting with preventative machine maintenance to ensure zero downtime.
The "Project" Mindset: You are adaptable and comfortable switching gears between different jobs and materials.
Technical Sharpness: Proven experience with CNC Vertical Mills and manual measurement tools.
Self-Starter: You don’t wait to be told what’s next; you have a "get things done" attitude and a strong eye for detail.
