Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Portfolio Analyst with a strong background in accounting, financial analysis, and ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in multinational environments, managing financial processes, and driving operational efficiency across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects and financial portfolios across business units
- Perform financial analysis, reporting, and consolidation activities
- Support ERP system implementation and ensure effective internal control procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and leadership
- Analyze business performance and identify opportunities for optimization
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies
- Manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables effectively
- Handle conflict resolution and high-pressure situations professionally
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience, including work with multinational companies
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting (CPA preferred)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
- Experience with ERP systems implementation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting systems
- Experience working in multi-location/global environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Big 4 public accounting firms
- Prior managerial or leadership experience

Travel Requirements
