Client located in Boulder, Colorado is seeking a User Experience Designer for a long-term contract position. This person will lead the review of the current software system with the goal of identifying ways to improve the system for users, integrations, security, and compliance. Responsibilities include auditing the system from a technical perspective, collecting feedback from users, comparing the system to competitor products, and developing recommendations for refreshing / enhancing the software system.
Required:
-Experience analyzing / auditing complex software systems.
-Experience documenting workflows, data models, user interfaces, security, and compliance.
-Understanding of system architecture and APIs.
-SaaS expertise.
-Human Centered Design experience.
-Local or County government experience.
