Opportunity Snapshot:
- Compensation: $70.00/hour
- Work Location: Spring, TX
- Work Schedule: M-F / 40 hours+
- Assignment Duration: Long term, 12 months +

Qualifications:
- Expert in the field, possibly professional certification holder
- Proficiency in Power BI and/or Spotfire for building dashboards, reports and visualizations
- Strong SQL skills for querying, transforming, and validating datasets
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and provide clear, actionable insights
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interface both engineering and operations stakeholders
- Experience with Databricks and working knowledge of Python a plus
- Experience with Upstream Drilling & Completions datasets a plus
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports in Power Bi and Spotfire to support operational and performance insights
- Import, cleanse, validate, and transform datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Analyze trends, correlations, and performance drivers to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives
- Present data in charts, graphs, or tables using visualization tools.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and continuous improvement teams to understand data needs and translate business questions into analytical solutions
- Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position
