We are seeking an experienced Trust & Estate Administration Paralegal to join our growing Boca Raton office. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is comfortable managing the full lifecycle of estate and trust administration.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of estate and trust administration from initiation through closing
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, financial advisors, and accountants
  • Prepare and assist with federal estate tax returns and fiduciary accountings
  • Coordinate the distribution of estate assets and trust funding
  • Draft and manage deeds and related real property documents
  • Maintain organized case files and ensure all deadlines are met


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in trust and estate administration
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and advisors
  • Solid mathematical and analytical abilities
  • Proficiency with estate tax software such as ONESOURCE or Fast Tax preferred
  • Experience with HotDocs and Microsoft Word is a plus
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple matters simultaneously
  • Team-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate required
  • JD candidates with relevant experience will also be considered
