We are seeking an experienced Trust & Estate Administration Paralegal to join our growing Boca Raton office. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is comfortable managing the full lifecycle of estate and trust administration.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of estate and trust administration from initiation through closing
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, financial advisors, and accountants
- Prepare and assist with federal estate tax returns and fiduciary accountings
- Coordinate the distribution of estate assets and trust funding
- Draft and manage deeds and related real property documents
- Maintain organized case files and ensure all deadlines are met
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in trust and estate administration
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and advisors
- Solid mathematical and analytical abilities
- Proficiency with estate tax software such as ONESOURCE or Fast Tax preferred
- Experience with HotDocs and Microsoft Word is a plus
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple matters simultaneously
- Team-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate required
- JD candidates with relevant experience will also be considered
