Position: Attorney – Trusts & Estates

Location: Lake Success, NY

A well-established law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Trusts & Estates practice. The role involves working on matters related to estate planning, probate, or trust administration, depending on your experience and background.

This is a great opportunity to handle meaningful client work, build strong relationships, and grow within a supportive and professional team environment.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in New York
• 3+ years of experience in Trusts & Estates, Estate Planning, or Probate
• Experience in any of the following: drafting estate planning documents, probate proceedings, or trust administration
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $155,000 – $175,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Schedule: Hybrid (1 day remote)
