Key Responsibilities
• Draft sophisticated estate planning and business succession documents for high-net-worth clients.
• Prepare federal gift and estate tax returns and assist with tax compliance matters.
• Support probate proceedings for both taxable and non-taxable estates.
• Advise clients on income, estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax strategies.
• Assist with planning for tax-exempt organizations and charitable entities.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex estate planning and wealth preservation strategies.

Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience as a Trusts & Estates Attorney or Estate Planning Attorney.
• Experience drafting estate planning documents and assisting with trust administration.
• LLM in Taxation preferred but not required.
• Active Florida Bar membership required (FL Bar required).
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to collaborate effectively.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Florida State Bar.
