🔍 What You’ll Do
- Provide legal and administrative support in Trusts & Estates, Probate, Wills matters
- Draft, proofread, and manage legal documents with a high attention to detail
- Coordinate and assist with probate filings, will signings, and document execution
- Maintain client communication and manage document flow
- Anticipate attorney needs, ensuring deadlines and details don’t slip through the cracks
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of legal assistant experience (required)
- Trusts & Estates law experience in a law firm (required)
- Strong document drafting and proofreading skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident, composed, and client-facing demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
