LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established Naples law firm to hire an experienced Trusts & Estates Legal Assistant to support a busy private wealth practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized legal professional with estate planning and probate experience who enjoys working in a client-focused, collaborative environment. The firm offers long-term stability, a strong team culture, and exposure to sophisticated estate matters.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to attorneys handling estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters
  • Draft, revise, and finalize estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related instruments
  • Assist with probate filings and prepare court-related documentation
  • Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, client meetings, and court appearances
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, financial institutions, courts, and third parties
  • Coordinate execution of documents, including notary and witness arrangements
  • Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical client files
  • Draft correspondence and update legal documents based on attorney edits
  • Track incoming documents, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely follow-up
  • Assist with billing, time entry, and general administrative support


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant in Trusts & Estates, Estate Planning, or Probate
  • Strong understanding of estate planning documents and probate procedures
  • Experience preparing wills, trusts, and probate-related filings
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Florida law firm experience preferred


Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with Florida probate court filings and procedures
  • Exposure to trust administration and wealth transfer processes
  • Strong attention to detail and deadline management
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a team


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $75,000–$80,000 depending on experience
