Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in New York (Manhattan, Financial District). As a Trial / Litigation Attorney, you will represent clients in legal proceedings, including court cases, depositions, arbitration and mediations and Jury Trials. You will also draft pleadings, motions, perform legal research, and work collaboratively with the firm's legal team to develop effective strategies for advancing clients' cases. Clear communication, strong advocacy, and professional legal analysis will be crucial in this role.


Qualifications

  • Current litigation and trial experience with familiarity with FRCP, CPLR and NJ Rules of Court
  • Proficiency in legal practice (current), including knowledge of labor and employment law
  • Experience in preparing and drafting legal motions, pleadings, and other court documents
  • Familiarity with State and Federal Court proceedings and processes
  • Demonstrated ability to handle trials and manage trial preparation
  • Strong knowledge and experience with conducting depositions
  • Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills
  • Active license to practice law in New York and New Jersey
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Commitment to advocating for victims of workplace injustice and a passion for labor and employment law
  • Second Language is a plus but not a requirement
