Trial Attorney

Senior Business and Commercial Litigation Attorney - Northern NJ

Our client is a top firm seeking a senior commercial litigator with over 10 years of experience. The salary for this position is between $190k to $210k.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of commercial litigation experience, managing complex business disputes from inception to trial.
• Experience with contract disputes, trade secret issues, and partnership disagreements.
• Experience with developing case strategies, conducting discovery, drafting legal documents, and arguing motions in both state and federal courts.
• Preference for candidates with trial experience.
• Strong background in handling emergent applications in the Chancery Division and construction litigation is a plus.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to mentor junior staff.
• New Jersey bar admission is required; New York bar is a plus.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
