Title: Trial Attorney (Plaintiff-Side)

Compensation: Starting at $145,000 Base Salary + Bonus

We’re partnered with a growing, trial-focused litigation firm in Orange County seeking a Trial Attorney to support an active and expanding docket.
This firm handles personal injury and product liability matters, representing clients in complex litigation. Led by experienced trial attorneys, the team operates in a collaborative environment where attorneys are actively involved in case strategy, litigation, and trial preparation.
Attorneys work closely with senior attorneys and leadership, gaining hands-on exposure across all phases of litigation. You’ll play a key role in motion work, depositions, and trial preparation while continuing to build toward more advanced trial responsibilities.
This role is well suited for attorneys with a few years of litigation experience who want to deepen their involvement in trial work and grow within a true litigation environment.
What You’ll Need:
• 3+ years of litigation experience
• JD and active California Bar admission in good standing
• Experience handling personal injury, products liability, or other tort-based matters
• Experience with motion practice, discovery, and court appearances
• Exposure to depositions and trial preparation
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work both independently and collaboratively
Bonus Points:
• Plaintiff-side personal injury experience
• Experience assisting with trials, hearings, or mediations
• Strong interest in developing trial skills and courtroom exposure
• Strong client communication and interpersonal skills
