A growing plaintiff-side litigation firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its team. What You’ll Do:
- Manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through resolution
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice
- Communicate directly with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel
- Participate in settlement negotiations and trial preparation
- Collaborate with a team that prioritizes strong advocacy and client outcomes
What They’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience
- Strong litigation background with hands-on case management experience
- Deposition and motion practice experience required; trial experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
