Physical Requirements & Work Environment

Frequent movement between offices, training rooms, and manufacturing areas
Standing for extended periods during training sessions
Occasional lifting of materials or equipment (up to 25 lbs)
Use of standard office and training technology
Wearing required PPE, including safety glasses and steel-toe shoes, in operational environments
The work environment includes both climate-controlled spaces and active production areas with noise, machinery, and varying temperatures. Adherence to all safety protocols is required.
