FTMC products and services span the full talent management lifecycle-from recruitment and development to evaluation-informed and supported by strategic planning, organizational design, workforce management, classification, performance management, training, assessments, and employee services/records management. FTMC includes the following programs: Assessment and Evaluation; Strategic Consulting; Classification, Strategy, and Operations; Staff Acquisition; Training and Development; and Employee Services and Records Management.

MajorDuties

  • Deliver executive and leadership development programs across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats. Facilitate complex discussions, workshops, and experiential learning activities for senior-level audiences. Analyze training data, participant engagement, and program outcomes to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements. Develop reports, executive briefings, and actionable insights to inform leadership decision-making. Collaborate with curriculum designers and stakeholders to refine instructional materials and ensure alignment with Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs). Provide expert guidance on training strategies, instructional design, and learning solutions to meet organizational needs. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program quality, delivery methods, and learner outcomes.

This is a Term Appointment that will last 1 year and may be extended up to 4 years. This position will terminate at the end of the term appointment and will not be converted to a permanent position.
