What will my day be like?Every day in staffing is different, fast paced and challenging.In the beginning, you will start out recruiting candidates for our current clients.That involves sourcing candidates from our extensive database and career websites, and recruiting, interviewing and presenting the ideal candidates.Once you have mastered the recruiting cycle, you will have the opportunity to learn the sales side of the business.You will be assigned a manager/mentor who will help set you up for long term success!If you are on a sales path, you will be out of the office almost every day at client meetings understanding their upcoming projects and helping them to find solutions for their talent deficits.You will attend networking events and learn how to be part of the tech or healthcare community.

Job Requirements:
Education:Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year University
Experience Required:3+ years of sales experience in any industry
Skills/Abilities:Superior communication skills, outgoing personality, outstanding work ethic, ambitious
Compensation:Base Salary plus generous commission plan with unlimited potential earnings
