Compensation: $50,000 to $60,000 per year

What You’ll Do as Restaurant General Manager

  • Fast-Food Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and develop all restaurant staff, ensuring a highly motivated and efficient team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee front- and back-of-house operations including food preparation, quality, cleanliness, and speed of service to meet fast-food brand standards.
  • Scheduling & Staffing: Create and manage efficient schedules that align with business needs and peak hours.
  • Financial Management: Monitor sales, expenses, budgets, and labor costs, applying fast-food profitability strategies.
  • Guest Safety & Compliance: Enforce food safety, sanitation, and health standards in compliance with quick-service restaurant regulations.
  • Customer Service: Handle guest issues promptly, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied and eager to return.
  • Marketing & Growth: Promote the restaurant in the community and identify strategies to increase sales and brand presence.
  • Administrative Duties: Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including sales, inventory, and labor tracking.


What You’ll Bring

  • Personality: Fun, positive, and energetic with a passion for leading teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of fast-food management experience (required).
  • Proven success managing drive-thru operations, high-volume shifts, and guest satisfaction in a quick-service restaurant setting.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of fast-food front- and back-of-house operations including speed of service, quality, cleanliness, and team training.
  • Experience with cost and labor management, sales forecasting, and profitability.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate large teams.
  • Confidence in delivering performance feedback, setting goals, and fostering a team-oriented culture.
  • Strong organizational skills and a customer-centric mindset.
