Trademark Paralegal

Success Matcher Recruitment is representing a premier law firm looking to add a Trademark Paralegal to their team. Our client is a powerhouse in the intellectual property space, representing a diverse and high-profile roster of clients specifically within the entertainment and gaming industries.

What You Will Be Doing

• Search & Clearance: Conducting comprehensive trademark searches and clearance using the USPTO database.
• Filings & Prosecution: Preparing and filing trademark applications and managing the prosecution lifecycle, including responding to office actions.
• Portfolio Management: Managing diverse client dockets accurately using the CPI system.
• International Coordination: Coordinating with foreign counsel on international trademark filings and global portfolio maintenance.
• Client Liaison: Communicating directly with clients to provide updates and manage their trademark matters.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a dedicated Trademark Paralegal within a law firm environment.
• Proficiency with the USPTO trademark database and hands-on experience with the CPI docketing system.
• Superior written communication skills; you should be comfortable drafting high-level client-facing correspondence.
• Relevant paralegal certification or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work on a hybrid basis from the New York, NY office.
