The Role:

Own a portfolio of clients' TikTok Shop growth. You will be responsible for strategy, quarterly planning, creator/affiliate pipeline, budget management, and end-to-end execution with a small pod (e.g., 1–3 Specialists). You are equally comfortable in a client meeting, a creator negotiation, and a spreadsheet.


What you'll do:

• Set quarterly GMV targets and growth plan per client; build roadmaps covering assortment, pricing, promos, and content.

• Design and scale creator/affiliate programs: segmentation, incentive structures (CPA/rev-share/bonuses), outreach, and relationships.

• Orchestrate Live & short-video calendars: host selection, performance targets, briefs, incentives, and post-mortems.

• Own P&L levers: budget allocation, CPA/ROAS guardrails, discounting/promos, inventory alignment, and margin protection.

• Build and automate dashboards; diagnose funnel issues (impressions → clicks → add-to-cart → purchase) and run A/B tests.

• Lead client communications: weekly WBRs/QBRs, insights, recommendations, and clear decision logs.

• Ensure TikTok Shop policy compliance (claims, creatives, category rules) in partnership with clients and creators.

• Develop SOPs and coach specialists; improve ops velocity and quality.

• Coordinate internally (logistics, finance, legal) to resolve escalations and maintain payout/return hygiene.

• Prospect and onboard new clients or upsell services as needed.


What you'll bring:

• 1-3 years in e-commerce marketplace ops, creator/influencer/affiliate marketing, or agency account management.

• Demonstrated ownership of revenue targets and budget; proven record driving GMV and unit economics.

• Strong analytics skills (Excel/Sheets proficiency)

• Negotiation and relationship management experience with creators, agencies, and vendors.

• Clear client communication with data; ability to create comprehensive documentation, trackers, and action plans.

• Experience with TikTok Shop (Seller Center, creator marketplace/affiliate flows) or similar platforms (Amazon/Shopify/live commerce).

• Team leadership or mentoring experience; ability to perform effectively under pressure.

• Nice to have: category experience (health/beauty/CPG), marketplace compliance knowledge, multilingual abilities.


Success metrics you'll own:

Quarterly GMV & contribution margin, ROAS/CPA within guardrails, creator activation & retention, launch velocity, client NPS/renewal.
