About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Tier 3 IT Support Specialist to serve as the highest level of technical escalation within our Technology Services team. This role is ideal for a seasoned IT professional who thrives in a Microsoft-centric enterprise environment and enjoys solving complex technical challenges while driving continuous improvement across infrastructure, security, and support operations.
You will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing enterprise systems, mentoring support teams, and ensuring technology remains secure, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

Requirements
- 5+ years of IT Support, Desktop Support, Systems Administration, or Endpoint Management experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Intune, Autopilot, Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Azure.
- Experience supporting security, compliance, and regulated environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and mentoring skills.
Preferred
- Freshservice ITSM experience.
- Power BI, SQL, PowerShell, and networking knowledge.
- Healthcare or other regulated industry experience.
- Experience supporting HIPAA and HITRUST compliance standards.
