Position Overview

As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with business owners, identifying opportunities, presenting solutions, and acquiring new customers within your assigned territory. This is an entry-level position with paid training and a clear path for advancement into leadership and management roles.

No prior sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.


Responsibilities
  • Prospect and engage small and medium-sized businesses within assigned territories
  • Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers
  • Present products and services that help businesses improve operations and growth
  • Generate new leads and develop business relationships
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers
  • Follow up with potential clients and existing customers
  • Track daily activities, appointments, and sales performance
  • Meet and exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics
  • Participate in daily training, coaching, and team development sessions
  • Represent clients and LeadSphere Solutions with professionalism and integrity
