Senior Administrative Assistant - Boston, MA (Hybrid, 6 mo. Contract)


We are currently seeking candidates for a Temporary Senior Administrative Assistant at a global asset management company. located in Downtown, Boston, MA, 02110.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced administrative support role in the asset management or financial services industries.

This role will be working with high-level individuals and will need to communicate effectively.

This is a 6-month temporary role (with an opportunity for extension) and will pay between $31.00 and $34.00 per hour (based on relative work experience) within a 40-hour work week.

3 days per week on-site.

Start Date: April 20th, 2026

Responsibilities
  • Administrative support and client service for the assigned team
  • Schedule and coordinate appointment calendars
  • Presentation preparation, including editing, collating, and distributing materials
  • Assistance with the preparation and distribution of monthly and quarterly client reporting materials,
  • Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements
  • Coordinate weekly meetings
  • Document scanning and filing
  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Greet and direct visitors
  • Set up conference calls
  • Assist in day-to-day operations
  • Assist in projects
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of administrative experience in fast paced administrative support role
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Thoroughness, attention to detail, and accuracy
