🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Onsite)

A leading organization is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to support critical facility infrastructure projects at its Clifton, NJ location.

Key Projects

• Full lifecycle HVAC equipment replacement
• Liquid Nitrogen (LN2) Infrastructure Upgrade

Requirements

✔ U.S. Citizen

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)

✔ 5–7+ years of project management experience

✔ Experience managing facility, construction, or capital improvement projects

✔ LN2 infrastructure experience strongly preferred

✔ Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning through completion
• Manage budgets, schedules, contractors, and stakeholders
• Oversee facility renovations, equipment installations, and infrastructure improvements
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, NEC, EPA, ADA, and local building codes
• Partner with Facilities Operations and Maintenance teams
• Drive project efficiency, value engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives

Preferred Experience

• HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build project delivery
• AutoCAD, MS Project, and estimating software
• Reading engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
