The search division recruits highly skilled professionals for Contract and Permanent positions. We service our clients primarily in the NYC Metro area as well nationally through our AAFA and NPA networks.


Our client is a well know real estate management firm in NYC. They are looking for a technical support specialist in supporting high net worth tenants during conferences and special events, on site (one location) ensuring technologies and equipment are operating efficiently.


Responsibilities:

  • Friendly and professional demeanour with an emphasis on strong customer service.
  • Support video conferencing, Audio/Video events and streaming, including gaming activities.
  • Provide IT desktop support for Microsoft Windows, Apple MAC OS, Mobile devices, managed print endpoints and other emerging technologies.
  • Provide support to remote sites via remote control tools, as well as provide support to remote users.
  • Work as part of a small technology team supporting internal corporate employees on general software and hardware support.


Requirements:

  • 1 year minimum of technology support experience desired.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience.
  • You have solid analytical and problem-solving skills; proven ability to organize, manage, and complete multiple tasks in an efficient and timely fashion.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills required.
