Job Title: Talent Sourcer – GPU / SoC Hiring

Pay Rate: $70.00 – $80.00/hr
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Talent Sourcer with deep expertise in sourcing niche semiconductor hardware engineering talent. This is a pure sourcing role focused on proactive talent mapping, pipeline development, and engaging passive candidates for highly specialized engineering positions.
The ideal candidate will have strong semiconductor industry sourcing experience and a proven track record of identifying top-tier talent across GPU, SoC, RTL, and Architecture domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify top semiconductor hardware engineering talent across GPU, SoC, System IP, RTL, and Architecture roles
- Build proactive talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill engineering positions
- Conduct talent mapping and market intelligence research on semiconductor competitors
- Develop and execute advanced Boolean search strategies
- Engage passive candidates and build long-term relationships
- Partner with hiring managers/stakeholders to understand technical requirements and sourcing strategy
- Maintain high-quality candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of sourcing experience preferred (minimum 3 years considered)
- Mandatory experience sourcing within the semiconductor domain
- Prior experience in pure sourcing roles only (recruiter-heavy profiles will not be considered)
- Proven experience sourcing for highly niche/technical engineering roles
- Strong sourcing expertise in:
- GPU
- SoC
- RTL
- Design Verification
- Architecture
- Advanced LinkedIn sourcing expertise required
- Strong knowledge of Boolean search, talent mapping, and market intelligence
- Ability to influence and engage senior-level engineering talent

- Experience sourcing talent from semiconductor competitors such as:
- Meta
- Apple
- Other semiconductor/hardware companies
- Experience using AI/Agentic sourcing tools preferred
