Title: Talent Sourcer – GPU & SoC Engineering (Semiconductor)
Location: Austin, TX (Onsite)
Type: Contract
Pay range: $65.00 -$73.00/hr on w2 (all inclusive)
We’re looking for a strategic Talent Sourcer to drive hiring for GPU & SoC engineering roles. You’ll build strong talent pipelines, engage passive candidates, and partner with recruiters & hiring managers to shape sourcing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own sourcing strategy for semiconductor R&D roles (GPU, SoC, RTL, DV, Physical Design, Architecture)
• Use advanced Boolean search, talent mapping & market insights to identify top talent
• Engage passive candidates through creative outreach & employer branding
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine hiring strategy and improve outcomes.
Requirements:
• 5+ years sourcing/recruiting experience (2+ years in semiconductor/hardware roles)
• Experience hiring for GPU/SoC or related silicon engineering domains
• Strong expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter & sourcing tools
• Ability to influence and attract passive technical talent
• Strong communication & collaboration skills
