n:We are seeking a Support Technician to join a Biometric Systems Hosted Services Support Center. This role is responsible for providing frontline technical support for enterprise systems, ensuring high availability, timely incident resolution, and excellent customer servic

Key Responsibilit

  • ersConduct daily system and data center monitoring checks and report iss
  • uesSupport software deployments, releases, and patch management activit
  • iesAssist with installation, repair, and maintenance of IT systems and applicati
  • onsTroubleshoot authentication issues including Azure AD and MFA supp
  • ortAnalyze system alerts, logs, and performance issues for troubleshoot

Required Skills & Experi

  • ence2–5 years of experience in IT Service Desk / Technical Support / NOC Sup
  • portStrong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft
