We are looking for a Senior Engineering Program Manager to help build the future of 3D across a number
of critical 3D Workflows.The role demands someone who is self-motivated and passionate about driving
complex, high-impact programs that align with our strategic goals. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical background, strong communication skills, and be capable of coordinating multiple cross-functional initiatives with a sense of urgency. This role calls for a technical Program Manager who can navigate ambiguity, take decisive action, and achieve high-quality outcomes at scale.
What you'll Do
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs, ensuring
- alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product management, operations, and other teams to achieve program goals.
- Establish and maintain program timelines, identifying and mitigating risks proactively.
- Develop and implement standard methodologies for program management to optimize efficiency and execution.
- Communicate program status, challenges, and dependencies to collaborators at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.
- Ensure technical teams stay focused and accountable for delivering high-quality solutions on time.
- Collaborate in partnership with product and engineering leadership to balance short-term
- work with long-term architectural strategies.
What you need to succeed
- BA/BS degree preferred
- 6-10 years of experience in technical program management, software engineering, or a•
- related field OR equivalent practical experience.
- Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software development
- processes, cloud technologies, and system architectures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to
- non-technical collaborators.
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact programs in a fast-paced, dynamic
- environment.
- Have led on creation, consensus and roll-out of new program, planning and development
- processes.
