Technical Consultant

Position Overview

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager with 4–7 years of professional experience working within technology services and implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, client-facing communication skills, and the ability to manage a development team through concept to completion platform development.

Required Experience

• 4-7 years of hands-on experience in software development or technical consulting roles
• Experience leading projects of platform rollout catering to clients' workflows
• Ability to gather requirements and translate back to development team
• Ability to write technical documents, including user guides and manuals
• Experience working directly with clients, stakeholders, or cross-functional teams
• Understanding of software development lifecycle

Preferred Technical Skills

• Direct project management experience within a .NET environment
• Knowledgeable of API’s

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field

Key Responsibilities

• Work with clients and internal teams to understand business and technical requirements
• Design, develop, and support developers through concept to completion
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and implementation support.
• Document technical solutions, configurations, and best practices.
• Participate in system upgrades and process improvements.
• Collaborate with developers, Account Executives, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
