Adobe is seeking a Technical Account Manager to provide strategic technical guidance and operational support for enterprise customers leveraging Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, with a strong emphasis on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Workfront, and GenStudio.
This role serves as a trusted advisor and primary technical point of contact for customers, helping drive platform adoption, operational health, performance optimization, and successful execution of technical initiatives.
Responsibilities
Serve as the central point of contact for assigned enterprise customers
Build and maintain strong customer relationships across technical and executive stakeholders
Partner with Director and VP-level leaders to translate business goals into technical action plans
Coordinate efforts to improve product performance, customer adoption, and value realization
Guide customers through complex environment changes, upgrades, and operational initiatives
Lead resolution efforts for critical technical issues and customer concerns
Provide proactive communication regarding product releases, enhancements, and potential impacts
Conduct customer check-ins, status reviews, and quarterly business reviews
Deliver recommendations, best practices, and operational guidance
Collaborate cross-functionally with Adobe internal teams to advocate for customer success
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in consulting, technical account management, customer success, development, customer support, or related marketing technology roles
Strong enterprise customer-facing experience
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and executive communication skills
Experience leading customer meetings and high-visibility stakeholder discussions
Strong analytical problem-solving and project management capabilities
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
Technical knowledge of web technologies including:
Java
SQL

REST APIs

CSS
Web server technologies
Experience with:
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Adobe Workfront
Adobe GenStudio
Experience supporting enterprise-scale digital experience or marketing technology environments
